About Natalie

Natalie’s extensive consulting, sales and leadership background enables her to be an exceptional advocate for her clients. Prior to formally entering the field of real estate in 2005, Natalie held senior executive positions at Andersen Consulting and Sun Microsystems. Having specialized in major system implementations and managed major rollouts for Fortune 500 partners including GM, Bank of America and Federal Express, Natalie understands the critical importance of building long-term relationships and applying an analytical framework to major financial decisions. Natalie has successfully orchestrated countless transactions for client utilizing these core principles.

In addition to real estate, Natalie is passionate about design. She applies her aptitude for design in the preparation of a client’s home for sale, post-purchase remodel or interior material and finish selection. Married to a residential developer, Natalie has a strong grasp of land versus house value on the Peninsula and is particularly adept at helping clients understand the cost benefit analysis of remodeling/building a home. She often advises her clients on what improvements translate to personal fulfillment versus those that add intrinsic value to the home for resale.

Natalie was raised with a strong real estate background. Her father, Warren E. Ned Spieker founded Spieker Properties, a publicly traded company on the NYSE, which was sold to Equity Office Properties for $4.5 billion in 2001. Natalie and her three siblings are all involved in residential and/or commercial real estate.

She currently lives in Atherton with her husband and three children. Her tenure on the Peninsula gives her unmatched knowledge of the nuances different local areas possess.
